Juan Ramirez (aka - Hopper Juan)

I grew up in Northern New Mexico fishing the small streams and creeks of the Sangre De Cristos. In 1997, I made the switch to fly fishing and have never looked back. Over the years, I have guided on the Cimarron River in New Mexico, the Conejos River in Southern Colorado and the South Platte and Arkansas River watersheds of North Central Colorado.  I am also a passionate and accomplished fly tyer. I have tied commercially for many years, and spend most of my free time behind a vise. I pretty much eat, sleep, and dream of fly fishing and tying.
